Tasks

  1. recruit and train additional Listing Coordinators 
  2. obtain confidential contact data base created last year (Listings Team Chair)
  3. send emails to LOYAL individuals and organizations who donated last year
  4. send emails to NEW prospects requesting donations/sponsorships
  5. make follow up phone calls to in response to submitted donation forms
  6. request pictures & descriptions of donated auction items
  7. spread the word about individual donated items via social media
  8. spread the word about individual donated items through face to face
  9. send emails to businesses to request event sponsorships
  10. make follow up phone calls to in response to submitted sponsorship forms
  11. provide sponsorship contact information and ad layouts to Website Team
  12. solicit short (1 min) “next door neighbor” videos 
  13. pick up and store reasonably sized donated auction items
  14. take pictures of donated auction items, if not provided by donors
  15. write descriptions of donated auction items, if not provided by donors
  16. coordinate winner pickup & payment logistics

Event Sponsorship Levels

  2. BLOCK ($500) – Block level sponsors receive a display ad and link in the online Neighbor Day Directory.
  3. SIDEWALK ($250) – Sidewalk level sponsors receive a logo and link in the online Neighbor Day Directory.
  4. STREET ($100) – Street level sponsors receive a listing and link in the online Neighbor Day Directory.
