Today rings still speak volumes about you. This precious one-of-a-kind lady's ring is 14k gold, with an emerald-cut ruby and two accent diamonds, and is as eloquent as it is beautiful.  The ruby is 7.5 x 6 mm on 4 prongs, nestled between two, 1.2 mm diamonds.  Ring size is 7.5.
