Since 1923, St. James Episcopal Church has been feeding and tending God’s sheep through neighborhood outreach by providing essential resources like food and assistance with clothing, shelter, & transportation. We celebrate Neighbor Day each year to shine the light on this important work and raise funds to continue our ministry.
During this, our 100th year, we are raising funds to perform necessary capital improvements that will assure continued outreach for many years to come. Planned improvements include expansion of our kitchen & food pantry, replacement of our obsolete heating & air conditioning system, and renovation of our great hall and church building to provide greater accessibility for community events.
Currently, we are asking local businesses that we patronize to support our efforts by making a cash contribution or providing merchandise or gift cards to include in our annual online fundraising auction. Please click the Donation Form link at the top of the page to contact us regarding a donation you would like to make.
