Chief Nail Puller, Andrew Edens, founded Smoky Mountain Vintage Lumber in 2012. After taking down a barn in Bulls Gap, Tennessee and realizing the character and quality of the wood he was rediscovering, he began working on the idea of a company dedicated to preserving and making reclaimed lumber more readily available for construction projects in the Great Smoky Mountains region. All of our wood workers take great pride in their work and have a deep appreciation and understanding of the special qualities of reclaimed wood. We are experts in this specialized field, and promise to bring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship to your project. This custom table top features a mix of reclaimed oak and pine rough sawn lumber. The wood age is anywhere from 50 to 150 years old. The wood is joined to a plywood substrate and stained to give it a uniform color and aesthetic. It could be great for a small dining table or pub style seating area. Dimensions - 42”(side to side), 48” (point to point) and 1-3/4” thick

Ever since our employees at the first location in Atlanta, Georgia in the year 2000 shouted "Welcome to Moe's!" – which probably scared the bejesus out of those first guests – that phrase has embodied our entire culture. Everybody is welcome at Moe's. Moe's actually stands for "musicians, outlaws, and entertainers," which is why music is more than background noise to us. And we're not just talking about some trendy song or band. We're all about the pioneers. The ones who made more than music; they made memories. Our hand-selected playlist is filled with the amazing artists who left this world too early since these legends changed the musical landscape and continue to inspire guitar slingers, lyrical poets, and a new generation of pioneers. In 1910, Harry Ijams, an illustrator and ornithologist, and his wife, Alice Yoe Ijams, an avid gardener, purchased 20 acres of land along the Tennessee River to raise their four girls.  Throughout their lives, the Ijams family celebrated nature. HP created a bird sanctuary on the homesite, while Alice grew flowers and sold them to a local florist.  In 1966, wanting to protect the bird sanctuary and ensure the Ijams family legacy continued, the Knoxville Garden Club and Knox County Council of Garden Clubs applied for an open space grant and the City of Knoxville purchased the land. Ijams Nature Park was dedicated in 1968.  The park became Ijams Nature Center, Inc., a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, on Nov. 8, 1975.  Over the years, Ijams Nature Center has grown in size and stature to become the region’s leading wildlife sanctuary and environmental learning center. In the early 2000s, the nature center took on the management of Mead’s and Ross Marble quarries, which in their heyday produced Tennessee marble used in local buildings and national monuments. Great strides have been made to restore this former industrial site to its natural state while continuing to honor the history of Knoxville's contributions to a once booming marble business.  Participate in this special Knoxville landmark with this one-year family membership.

This item was generously donated by Ijams Nature Center.

The heart of Soccer Taco formed in 2005 around three concepts: authentic Mexican food, the importance of family and friends, and soccer. Founding owners, including current co-owner Viviana Nicholas, set out to create a Latin sports bar, which meant emphasizing fútbol (soccer). They developed a menu inspired by Mexican taquerías (taco shops). And after much debate – at one point owners considered calling their new restaurant Taco Goooooal – everyone agreed on the name Soccer Taco. The first restaurant opened on Kingston Pike in Bearden late that summer and was a hit!  In October 2008, Nelia Kirtley, Marilyn Parham, and Stefanie Houser joined Viviana as co-owners of the restaurant, completing the Soccer Señoritas team.  Over the years, the Señoritas have worked together to fulfill their vision for Soccer Taco. The company expanded to a second location in Market Square, which opened August 2009 and includes La Cueva del Chango (The Monkey Cave), a downstairs bar perfectly suited for the Market Square scene.  Enjoy this Latin fun-filled place with this gift card.
